We have a real variety of guests of students, business persons and families, male and female from young ages thru senior ages. For a dinner or a drinking party and some other purposes, any events can be available.

Applicable land space in office area:
- A first floor of 10 to 20 tsubo (3.3 ㎡/a tsubo) with lunch demand
Applicable land space in residential area:
- A first floor of 20 to 40 tsubo (3.3 ㎡/a tsubo) with drinking demand

Scale/Sales

- Shop scale: 10 to 18 tsubo (3.3 ㎡/a tsubo), 20 to 35 seats
- Opening hours: 11 am to 24 pm (depending on a situation)
- Sales amount: 3 mil to 6 mil yen per a month
- Unit expense per a guest: 2,500 to 4,000 yen per a person
